Senior Analyst/Associate – Shariah Structuring – PERE – Singapore

Our client is an exciting new venture from a well established Singapore based Private Equity Real Estate Investment Manager. Having secured seed funding with a new investment partner, they are developing a new platform specialising in the acquisition and development of Data Centre and Logistics properties across the SEA region.

With a strong Middle Eastern investor base and strong interest in markets such as Malaysia and Indonesia, they are seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate level candidate with strong exposure to the structuring of Shariah-compliant deal structures. You will work closely with their senior investment team working across a portfolio of investment opportunities providing structuring support for deal transactions.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Real Estate, Finance or another related discipline. You will have a demonstrable track record of structuring real estate investment deals at asset, portfolio and company level in the Shariah environment. Prior experience in the data centre or industrial space, primarily focusing on the Singapore, Malaysia or Indonesia markets would be highly advantageous. With current travel and immigration restrictions, this role would suit a Singaporean or Singapore PR candidate currently based in Singapore. Bilingual Bahasa and English language skills would be an advantage.
