Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution

Responsibilities:

• The candidate can expect to be carrying out complex, high value, cross border disputes work.
• Experience in commercial litigation and company law, ideally with funds dispute and insolvency experience.

Must have:

1. 6-8 years PQE gained in a reputable law firm or financial institution, with a strong international firm training and background (onshore or offshore).
2. Qualified barrister or solicitor admitted in Cayman, England & Wales, Norther Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
