Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor – Corporate Real Estate

Our client is one of the world’s premier QS & Cost Consultancies. As part of their global success story they have forged very strong relationships with major international corporates globally. As a result of this, they have a high demand for specialist QS, Cost and Contract services for major corporate fit out projects and corporate real estate related programmes in South East Asia from their regional Singapore hub.

As such, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director, educated under the RICS system and holding MRICS status, to join their team and spearhead the Corporate Real Estate function for the regional business.

The successful candidate will be a RICS qualified Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record in the delivery of large scale corporate fit out projects and corporate real estate transformation programmes. You will be internationally mobile and most likely have spent time in a major financial centre working on projects for large financial institutions, tech firms and other major international corporate clients.
