Senior Commercial Manager – Industrial & Logistics Properties – Jakarta

Our client is one of the regions fastest growing and most successful Property Investment & Development firms specialising in Industrial and Logistics properties. With increasing demand for property in this sector across the region, they are seeking a Senior Commercial Manger to join their busy team in Indonesia looking after their Indonesia portfolio and supporting across Singapore, Malaysia and the SEA region.

Reporting to the Indonesia Country Head of Development, you will be responsible for managing the cost planning, tender management and awards process and the commercial and contractual management of projects throughout the development cycle. You will be capable of developing a structured and transparent commercial, contracts and procurement framework to implement across the Indonesia and regional development portfolio.

The successful candidate will likely be from a Quantity Surveying background and ideally be RICS qualified. You will have prior experience working within property development organisations, ideally in the industrial and logistics sectors. You will have built and managed commercial and contracts teams and have a demonstrable track record in enhancing the commercial capabilities of a property development organisation.

This role would suit a local Indonesian candidate or localised expat already in country.
