Senior Consultant M&E QS – Singapore

Our client is a well-established global multi-disciplinary consultancy. With an impressive client base covering international corporates as well as property developers and investors, they have an enviable portfolio of work both domestically in Singapore as well as the region.

Within their Cost & Contracts division, they are currently delivering a high technical project in the west of Singapore and require a Senior QS with an M&E background to deliver VO’s and see out the final account before taking on a central role across multiple projects ranging from corporate real estate projects to property developments and high tech and process related projects.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level in Quantity Surveying or another construction related degree. You will likely have spent time M&E contracting before moving into Consultancy and have worked across a wide variety of projects. You must be able to manage and deliver project final accounts to hand over.
