Senior Consultant – Planning & Delay – Singapore

Our client is a leading Consultancy specialising in outsourced Planning Services, Delay Analysis and Arbitration in the Construction Environment. With increasing demand for their services in Singapore and the region, they are seeking to add a Senior Consultant to their team in Singapore.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering on outsourced planning and programme management contracts. Designing and monitoring master schedules, extension of time applications as well as completing forensic delay analysis for the preparation of time related claims. In the capacity of Senior Consultant you will also be responsible for client stakeholder management and generation of new business activity through quality of delivery.

The successful candidate will likely be qualified in Engineering or another related construction qualification and have a demonstrable track record in planning and scheduling in the Main Contractor or Consultancy environment. Sector wise, you could have experience across property or infrastructure or perhaps the process or energy industries. You will be familiar with MS Project, Primavera P6 and other major planning and scheduling packages and software. Right to work in Singapore is preferred due to work permit restrictions, however, can be reviewed for exceptional candidates.
