
Senior Corporate Administrator

US$85-100k DOE plus benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Process incorporations, registrations, transfers-in, strike-offs, liquidations, de-registrations and transfers
- Attend to annual returns, statutory filings, updates to corporate records and statutory registers
- Conduct due diligence checks in respect of client entities and related parties
- Handle the ongoing administration of a large portfolio of entities
- Liaise with clients, colleagues and third party service providers in respect of portfolio entities
- Complete periodic reviews for all portfolio entities in keeping with assigned risk ratings
- Attend to billing and collection of administration and annual fees, and actively managing debtor balances
- Assist with the ongoing requirements for the Beneficial Ownership Register
- Maintain corporate records in internal databases and systems including ViewPoint
- Keep abreast of all regulatory changes.
- Attend to regulatory filings and requirements as per Cayman Islands laws
- Assist in training new staff members if and when required
- Manage active client portfolio by taking full responsibility in work relating to your portfolio of clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate corporate records including minute book, database and due diligence documentation and sign off.
- Maintain and update Register of Directors/Officers/Members.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or professional chartered secretaries’ qualification (ICSA) (ACAMS) preferred but not essential
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a corporate administrator
- Experience with CAP, CORIS, REEFS and Viewpoint are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Guidance Notes.
