Senior Corporate & Commercial Associate (Partnership Progression)

Our client, an established Offshore law firm are looking for an experienced Cayman Island Qualifed Attorney, to come join their Corporate & Commercial practice.

The role will cover a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work. You’ll assist the Managing Partner and the Head of Corporate Services in handling all legal queries with regards to the formation, licensing/registration, maintenance and dissolution of Cayman
companies, exempted limited partnerships, trusts and LLCs.

This is a Senior-level role that would offer Partnership progression for the right candidate who has the right enthusiasm to grow out the department.

Salary on offer will be circa USD$160,000 – USD$185,000 (Tax free).
