Senior Data Centre Cost Manager Opportunities – Singapore

Our client is a well-established global multi-disciplinary consultancy. With an impressive client base covering international corporates as well as property developers and investors, they have an enviable portfolio of work both domestically in Singapore as well as the region.

Within their Cost & Contracts division, they work very closely with a leading global Technology Firm and their Data Centre portfolio. With a  number of new projects coming online in the region, they are seeking Cost Management support from their framework partners. As such, our client is seeking Cost Managers at various levels from Senior (10 years +) to Executive (2 – 5 years), who have had strong experience in the delivery of Data Centre, or highly technical projects in Singapore or Regionally.

The successful candidates will be qualified in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering or another related degree. You can be from an M&E stream or covering Architectural/C&S, or Technology components. Accreditation across the following will be highly advantageous:

  • CSI (Construction Specification Institute)
  • AACEI (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering)
  • SCEA (Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis)
  • RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
