Senior Development Manager – Industrial & Logistics Properties – Malaysia

Our client is one of the regions fastest growing and most successful Property Investment & Development firms specialising in Industrial and Logistics properties. With increasing demand for property in this sector across the region, they are seeking a Senior Development Manger to join their busy team in Malaysia.

Reporting to the Malaysia Country Head of Development, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of development projects across Indonesia. You will manage each development from land acquisition stage through design, construction and into operation and have overall responsibility for the commercial success of the projects.

The successful candidate will likely be from an Architectural or Engineering background and have prior experience working through feasibility and conceptual design phases of development projects. You must be financially competent with development financial models and have worked across the entire development cycle from concept through detailed design, construction delivery and into operation. You will work closely between the investment and project delivery team and be responsible for a portfolio of up to 2 or 3 projects at any one time throughout Malaysia.

This role would suit a local Malaysian candidate or localised expat already in country.
