Senior Director, Development, Luxury & Lifestyle – Japan – Hospitality Operator – Singapore/Tokyo

Our client is a leading name in global hospitality. As one of the largest hotel operators in the world, they also have one of the most interesting brand suites and a formidable development pipeline across the Asia region.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Director of Development to lead the growth of their Luxury and Lifestyle brand suite across Japan. Reporting to the Head of Development Asia for Luxury & Lifestyle, you will work autonomously to develop a deal pipeline covering Japan and potentially South Korea.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of developing new Hotel Management Agreement opportunities in Japan and ideally South Korea, in the Luxury and Lifestyle segments. You will have prior experience working in a Development role for a Luxury or Lifestyle hotel operator and can be based in either Japan or Singapore. Japanese language skills are a prerequisite for this position.
