Senior Director – Head of FinOps – Real Estate Investment Manager – Singapore

Our client is a leading global Real Estate Investment Manager who is currently experiencing strong growth and a number of new positions have been created. As such they are currently seeking a Head of FinOps to join their busy team in the real estate fund management environment.

Reporting to the Head of FinOps, you will lead a team of Fund Controllers across a portfolio of managed fund accounts or be directly responsible for a large and complex fund account. You will be responsible for monitoring the fund portfolio performance and preparing financial statements and budgets. You will oversee the fund Treasury function and have overall responsibility for risk management. You will be the main point of contact for investor relations and customer service as well as managing account transitions.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Finance or Accounting, or another related degree and to be familiar with GAAP and FASB knowledge and ideally have managed real estate funds previously. You will be a Certified Accountant and have strong technical financial skills in INREV and IFRS calculations.
