Senior Finance Manager – Banking

A bank operating in Cayman is recruiting to a Senior Manager position within their Financial Reporting team. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• The financial management systems and procedures for multiple branches across 3 countries in the Caribbean.
• Taking a lead role with external Auditing.
• The accuracy of the financial reporting information for the company.
• Liaising with country heads regarding financial performance.
• Providing insights on actions to improve performance for each business unit.

Requirements:

• 5 years experienced working in financial services institutions.
• 5 years managerial experience, ideally as a senior manager.
• An accounting designation: CA(SA), CPA, ACCA, CA etc.
• Experience working in banking in Cayman is strongly desired.
