
Senior Manager, Governance

US$110-160k DOE plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the business services team to ensure all across the group are aligned on policies, procedures and processes
- Ensure systems are in place
- Report data
- Work closely with the MDs of the other locations, Governance teams, Compliance teams, to ensure the Governance team is working consistently with the ‘one-firm’ approach
- Manage and oversee the team
- Manage and complete periodic and trigger event reviews and execute action points
- Review post-incorporation and file review to ensure documentation is entered correctly and is complete in Viewpoint
- Ensure client data remains accurate
- Primary POC for internal compliance monitoring, internal audit inspections, regulatory inspections and financial audits
- Train the team to ensure everyone understands and is using processes correctly
- Oversee training program based on identified weaknesses from audit and inspections
- Compliance matters
Requirements:
- Flexible, pro-active, team player, problem solver
- Able to manage client expectations
- Ability to read reports and identify weaknesses and then provide solutions to the local and global business
- Commercial acumen
- Ideally degree educated
- Ideally Viewpoint proficient
