Senior Manager, Interior Design – Design & Technical Services, UK, Ireland & Spain – London/Madrid

Our client is a leading name in global hospitality. As one of the largest hotel operators in the world, they also have one of the most interesting brand suites and a formidable development and refurbishment programme across their portfolio in the UK, Ireland, and Spanish regions.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Manager for Interior Design to join their Design & Technical Services team working across their portfolio in the region. Reporting to the VP DTS for the region, you will assist in the management of their portfolio and drive the delivery of their Economy to Mid-Scale and Premium brands.

The successful candidate will be from an Architecture or Interior Design design background and have good experience in decision-making around material and equipment choices providing value engineering services to their partner owners, whilst maintaining compliance with brand design standards and not interfering with the look and feel of the hotel under development. Prior experience within a hotel operator is preferred, and bilingual Spanish and English language skills are a prerequisite. This role can be based in London or Madrid.
