Senior Manager, Internal Audit – Invenstment Manager – Ho Chi Minh City

Our client is one of Indochina’s premier Investment Managers with a very strong Equity Research unit. Based in Vietnam they are widely regarded as one of the region’s premier organisations for Investment Management across multiple asset classes.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Manager for their central Internal Audit team. You will be responsible for managing the annual internal audit plan, providing quarterly reports and periodic financial statements across all business units. You will manage internal controls and procedures and systems including accounting and property management. You will review financial and operating records for performance monitoring as well as ensuring industry best practices and compliance. You will be able to manage risk and work wth key stakeholders and leadership to ensure group-wide best conduct.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business, or another related degree and have strong prior experience in audit within the investment environment. You will be CFA Level II or above and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This role would ideally suit a Vietnamese candidate who has worked abroad or is looking to return to Vietnam or an international candidate with exposure to the Vietnamese markets, capable of bringing international best practices to the organisation.
