Senior Project Manager – Corporate Real Estate – Hong Kong

Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world.

As part of a Global Account structure, they are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with strong experience delivering projects in the corporate real estate environment. Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager, you will be part of a team delivering projects for a major Financial Institution in Hong Kong. Projects could range from office fit-outs to relocations, upgrading of communal spaces to restacking projects.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Construction Management or another related construction degree. You will have a demonstrable track record in the delivery of projects in the Corporate Real Estate environment, ideally within Financial Institutions.
