Senior Project Manager – Retail & Corporate Real Estate – Singapore

Our client is a well-established global multi-disciplinary consultancy. With an impressive client base covering international corporates as well as property developers and investors, they have an enviable portfolio of work both domestically in Singapore as well as the region.

As part of a Global Account structure, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience delivering projects in the retail and corporate real estate environment. As an embedded role with the client’s projects team, you will be reporting to their Regional Head of Projects delivering signature retail concepts and corporate real estate projects in their office environments.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Construction Management or another related construction degree. You will have a demonstrable track record in the delivery of projects in the Retail or Corporate Real Estate environment, ideally within the major Technology Firm environment. This is an immediate start position for at least 6 to 10 months, ideally longer.
