Senior Project Manager – Shophouse Conversion – Singapore

Our client is one of Asia’s leading Project Management Consultancies. Having established themselves with a strong track record of delivering hospitality projects, they have been asked by one of their clients to deliver conservation renovation of a collection of shop houses in Singapore into a new boutique hotel.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager with client’s representative experience to deliver this project.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering conservation renovation projects for shop houses in Singapore. You will likely be from an Architectural background and will be working with a leading global design firm for the project. There will also be a new build tower element to the project so new build construction experience will also be required. Prior experience of dealing with listed property renovations and conversions in Singapore is prerequisite.

There is a good package on offer for the right candidate but no Employment Passes are available for this role so Singaporeans and PR candidates will be given priority.
