Senior Quantity Surveyor – Regional CMO – Singapore

Our client is one of the worlds leading Quantity Surveying and Cost Management firms with an enviable client base of major international corporate organisations servicing their Corporate Real Estate functions. As such, they have been asked to build a Commercial Management Organisation for one of their international corporate clients servicing the Asia Pacific Region. Within this they are seeking to recruit several positions to their organisation.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for capital construction support services across the region, providing cost input to the development or projects scopes and providing cost estimates. You will also provide value creation opportunities, track variation orders and validate final accounts amongst other duties.

The successful candidate will likely have had experience in a cost consultancy. You will be qualified in Quantity Surveying and have prior experience operating in Singapore and the regional markets. Due to work permit restrictions, priority will be given to candidates with existing right to work in Singapore.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to move into a regional role on behalf of a well known international corporate.
