Software Support Technician

Responsibilities:

The qualified candidate will provide support for our SMS Coordinator and will be responsible for system analysis, design and implementation of key operational software. Candidate will also be responsible for design and implementation of Corporate Business Continuity Plan.

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven history of Project Management
• Strong background in Microsoft Office packages
• Strong analytical abilities, including workflow management.
• Previous experience with high volume POS systems (2-3 years)
• SQL knowledge is a plus
