Strategic Sales Director – Facilities Management – China – Shanghai
Our client is one of the worlds leading Global Facilities Management Companies. With an existing enviable portfolio of global and regional corporate clients, they are seeking a Strategic Sales Director to join their busy team and take on the leadership of the Sales team for China based from Shanghai.
As Strategic Sales Director you will have responsibility for setting and leading the Sales function for the China business. This will include managing the operations and development of the Sales Team, setting the strategy, targets and KPI’s for sales delivery within the region and management and delivery of the revenue pipeline. You will work closely with the strategic leadership of the China business to identify target markets and clients and take responsibility for the delivery of new business for the organisation against objectives.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivering growth in a competing organisation in Facilities Management or a complimentary industry. You will have demonstrated strong leadership in the sales environment and astute capabilities in pipeline management. Bilingual Mandarin and English capabilities are required for this position.
