Strategic Sales Director – Facilities Management – India – Mumbai/Delhi
Our client is one of the worlds leading Global Facilities Management Companies. With an existing enviable portfolio of global and regional corporate clients, they are seeking a Strategic Sales Director to join their busy team and take on the leadership of the Sales team for India based from Mumbai or Delhi.
As Strategic Sales Director you will have responsibility for setting and leading the Sales function for the India business. This will include managing the operations and development of the Sales Team, setting the strategy, targets and KPI’s for sales delivery within the region and management and delivery of the revenue pipeline. You will work closely with the strategic leadership of the India business to identify target markets and clients and take responsibility for the delivery of new business for the organisation against objectives.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivering growth in a competing organisation in Facilities Management or a complimentary industry. You will have demonstrated strong leadership in the sales environment and astute capabilities in pipeline management. Strong English language skills are essential for this position and it can support an international relocation.
