Team Leader – Electrical Engineering – Vietnam

Our client is a leading Global Engineering Design Consultancy. With an very busy design office servicing the domestic Vietnam market, they are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to manage their Vietnam Electrical Engineering Design team.

As such, they are seeking an Electrical Engineering expert with exposure to broad spectrum construction projects. This will be a leadership position managing a team of 30+ Engineers in a busy design office. You will be responsible for client interface and stakeholder management as well as overseeing and leading projects through concept and detailed design as well as through the construction process.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of leading teams in the design and delivery of high profile commercial, residential, hospitality, retail or mixed use projects. You will have a desire to impart knowledge to local staff and a passion for developing people.

The ideal candidate will ideally have had prior experience working in Asia and ideally Vietnam and exposure to leading teams of Design Engineers.
