
Team Leader – Onboarding, Corporate Services – Grand Cayman

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding team
- Support, train, develop and mentor the team
- Identify the teams capacity and make changes if needed
- Delegate workload to the team
- Manage client requests and deal with urgent issues effectively
- Assist the team with any technical problems or grievances in general
- Provide cover for the team when required
- Monitor the performance of the team and any problems/issues and report all to management
- Work closely with management to ensure that best practices are achieved
Experience required:
- Ideally working towards or holding a professional qualification such as ICSA or equivalent or a relevant degree such as Business Administration
- Onboarding experience is essential
- Must have previous experience of managing and developing corporate administrators and such teams
- Must be highly proficient in Viewpoint, CORIS, CAP, REEFS and Microsoft Office applications
- Understand and have worked with relevant bodies i.e. ROC and CIMA
- Great understanding of the applicable statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements, including AML regulations
- Responsive and client focused with strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
- Ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative
- Must be committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves, their clients and their team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
