Team Leader – Onboarding, Corporate Services – Grand Cayman

Up to US$125k DOE plus bonus and benefits and a great working culture

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding team
  • Support, train, develop and mentor the team
  • Identify the teams capacity and make changes if needed
  • Delegate workload to the team
  • Manage client requests and deal with urgent issues effectively
  • Assist the team with any technical problems or grievances in general
  • Provide cover for the team when required
  • Monitor the performance of the team and any problems/issues and report all to management
  • Work closely with management to ensure that best practices are achieved

Experience required:

  • Ideally working towards or holding a professional qualification such as ICSA or equivalent or a relevant degree such as Business Administration
  • Onboarding experience is essential
  • Must have previous experience of managing and developing corporate administrators and such teams
  • Must be highly proficient in Viewpoint, CORIS, CAP, REEFS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Understand and have worked with relevant bodies i.e. ROC and CIMA
  • Great understanding of the applicable statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements, including AML regulations
  • Responsive and client focused with strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative
  • Must be committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves, their clients and their team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
