Technical Project Manager, APAC – Resort Development – Singapore

Our client is one of the worlds leading developers and operators of family and all-inclusive resorts globally. With a strong existing resort portfolio in the region and a strong pipeline of new projects underway, they are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their busy team, based in Singapore.

As the Technical Project Manager for the APAC region, you will be supporting the APAC Construction & Technical Director across 3 main areas. You will manage construction and renovation projects across the existing and new resort portfolios. You will assist in technical due diligence for new site selection during the development process and you will also assist the Resort Technical Managers in asset management programs for preventative maintenance, energy management, and technical benchmarking.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Electricalor Mechanical Engineering or another related degree. You will have prior experience working regionally delivering hospitality or resort projects within an operator or owner environment and have a strong understanding of the operational requirements of hospitality assets. This role would likely suit a candidate who has been working in a Regional Engineering role with a Hotel Operator or Owner. You will have strong stakeholder management skills with fluency in English and ideally French, with further capabilities in Bahasa or Mandarin, which would be highly advantageous. You will ideally be based in Singapore already with existing right to work.
