Technical Services Manager – M&E – Shanghai

Our client is a leading regional luxury property developer with their own hotel operating brand. Having experienced significant success with their existing hotel and resort properties, they have a number or projects in various stages of development in China and are in need of a Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of these on the ground based from the Shanghai area.

These properties are a mix of owned and managed and retrofit and greenfield developments. As Technical Services Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the brand design and engineering guidelines and ensure the quality and standard of delivery with the partner developers or in house delivery teams.

With the highly technical nature of the stages of the projects, a candidate with an M&E background is preferred, although not essential. The successful candidate will likely have existing experience working within a hotel operator or property developer in an M&E Management function or having worked in a Project Management Consultancy on hospitality or highly technical projects.

It is likely that the candidate will be based in or nearby to Shanghai with flexible working locations available to them. Bilingual English and Chinese language skills to contractual level are essential.
