Temp to Perm; Legal Administration Assistant – Property

  • Perform general administrative duties such as copying, scanning and ordering of office supplies
  • Maintain and organize filing systems ensuring accurate and up to date records are kept
  • Assist staff with general real estate matters
  • Perform the filing and drafting of legal documents related to real estate transactions
  • Initiate basic draft leases and general client correspondence
  • Conduct property research either at the Department of Lands & Survey or via the online portal
  • Process invoices and other payments
  • Liaise and correspond with the Financial Secretary’s office relating to waivers / abatement’s of stamp duty
  • Undertake additional duties and ad hoc projects as required


  • 3+ years’ administrative experience including tasks such as scanning, filing/archiving, data entry and invoice payments
  • Previous legal environment experience beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience assisting with real estate transactions, using Lands & Survey online and knowledge of Lands & Survey’s procedures for filing of real estate documents, preferred NOT essential
