
Temporary Accountant / Accounts Assistant

Our prestigious Cayman based client is seeking an Accountant / Accounting Assistant, to perform the following duties:
- Reviewing Accounts Payable transactions, including validating Accounts Payable batches and reviewing the online banking database for Payees
- Monthly reconciliation of the Purchase Order Sub-ledger to the General Ledger including the review of unpaid Purchase
- Monthly analysis of prepayments including:
- Reconciliation for sub-ledger to the General Ledger
- Review of aged transactions
- Maintain spreadsheet of subscriptions
- Updated and post journal to expense amounts
- Provide support to the wider Finance function such as running system reports and Preparation of journal entries.
This will initially be an initial temporary engagement with the option to extend or go permanent.
