
Trust Officer

US$90-110k DOE plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Day to day administration of around 50 trusts and related companies
- Dealing with all distributions, reviewing and approving financial statements and reports, assisting with the compliance under FATCA/CRS, preparing fee proposals
- Communicating directly with clients, lawyers, accountants, investment managers and bankers
- Occasional meetings with third parties
- Report to the Head of Trusts
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working as a Trust Officer/Administrator
- Excellent oral and communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Proficient computer skills
- Ideally STEP qualified/working towards STEP or equivalent but not essential
