UK Property Valuer – Private Equity Real Estate Fund – Singapore

Our client is an exciting new venture from a well-established Singapore-based Private Equity Real Estate Investment Manager. Having secured new investment partners, they are developing a new strategy involving the acquisition of a large portfolio of properties in the UK.

As such, they are seeking a UK Property Valuation specialist to join their team through the acquisition phase with a view to then working on new deals and managing the portfolio as it grows. The successful candidate will likely be a Chartered Surveyor by background and have strong exposure to UK property valuations across multiple asset classes. You may be working with an existing Real Estate Consultancy or already have buy-side experience, but must be experienced with portfolio valuation exercises.
