Urgent – PMO – Corporate Real Estate Projects – Singapore (Seconded Position)

Our client is a leading Global Multi-disciplinary Consultancy with an enviable portfolio of clients around the world. With a number of Global Corporate Accounts they are serving, they are currently working with a Leading Global Banking organisation to drive their Singapore projects portfolio.

As such they are seeking a PMO Lead in a seconded role to manage their Singapore project portfolio, leading a team of Project Managers on site. With multiple projects running concurrently in different locations around the Singapore portfolio and at various stages of the project lifecycle, this role will provide a central focal point for managing the client stakeholders at their headquarters providing programme governance and assurance centrally.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in portfolio project and programme management, coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have strong programme management capabilities and be able to drive corporate project controls processes and standards into project delivery teams in various locations. You will likely have an Engineering or Project Management qualification, ideally coupled with further PMP or equivalent certification. A previous background in Corporate Fit-out, Trading Floors and Private Banking Suites, as well as Banking Mission Critical Facilities, would be highly advantageous for the role along with proficiency in Primavera P6.
