Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight and coordination of operations, maintenance, administration. 
• Improve assigned, residential properties, including but not limited to properly processing invoices related to assigned assets, holding customer appreciation events, and maintaining accurate customer records. Build strong customer relations through regular communication, ensuring needs are satisfied and concerns/disputes are amicably resolved in a firm, fair and consistent manner.
• Ensure rental lease requirements are met and maintained.
• Coordinate maintenance access to tenant spaces, when required.
• Direct & coordinate activities related to tenant move-ins, move-outs, and relocations, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Meet with prospective rental customers to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide local area information, working with the local brokerage community as appropriate.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in residential property operations and tenant relations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service and public relations skills
• Detail-oriented; able to multi-task, prioritize & a self-starter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiating & human relations skills required with a demonstrated ability to deal courteously and professionally with a diverse group of people on every level.
• Full understanding of financial statements and the budgeting process.
• General understanding of project management.
