Our client, one of the world’s leading Interior Design & Build firms, is expanding rapidly across India — and they’re seeking a Senior Associate – Interior Design to lead high-impact commercial fit-out projects in Bangalore.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a design professional with a demonstrable track record delivering large-scale, high-spec corporate interiors. You’ll oversee end-to-end design across projects often exceeding 200,000 sq. ft., while managing a creative team of 10–15 designers and collaborating with consultants, contractors, and global clients.
You’ll shape design vision, elevate execution, and ensure every space is aligned with brand, functionality, and innovation goals. Just as importantly, you’ll inspire and grow your team — fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and bold thinking.
The ideal candidate has led complex office fit-outs from concept through delivery, combining creative vision with technical acumen and stakeholder management. A deep understanding of workplace design trends, space planning, and execution coordination is essential.
