To meet that demand, we’re looking for a Project Director to lead the white space delivery of hyperscale data centres across Singapore, Malaysia, and the wider SEA region.

Based in Singapore and supported by one of Asia’s fastest-growing project management consultancies, you’ll act as the client’s lead representative — owning delivery from strategy through commissioning. No two projects will be the same. You’ll navigate differing regulations, site constraints, and cultural dynamics — all while aligning global developer standards with local execution.

This isn’t just about project management — it’s about orchestrating complexity. You’ll steer procurement, manage design partners, and lead construction in fast-track environments for some of the world’s most demanding clients. Precision, pace, and partnership will define your success.

You’ve likely delivered mission-critical infrastructure across Asia, ideally with white space or data centre fit-out experience. You know what US developers expect, and you understand how to make that work on the ground in Southeast Asia. Regional exposure and cross-border leadership are essential.
