Our client—a global leader in Corporate Interior Design & Build—is scaling rapidly across India, with Hyderabad emerging as a major hub for their international clientele. To support this momentum, they’re looking for a smart, driven Project Coordinator who can keep fast-moving fit-out projects running like clockwork.

In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. You’ll coordinate meetings, track milestones, chase follow-ups, and ensure every detail—from document control to vendor updates—is captured and acted on. You’re not just keeping the wheels turning—you’re steering progress, clearing roadblocks, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll maintain meticulous project trackers, prepare crisp client-ready reports, and manage the flood of drawings, submittals, and samples that flow through each job. When the scope shifts, you’ll document change orders and coordinate billing with clarity and speed. And through it all, you’ll be the go-to voice for vendors—firm, responsive, and always in sync with the broader team.

We’re looking for someone with a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field—ideally with NICMAR credentials—and a knack for structure, clarity, and coordination under pressure.
