Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• Preferred certifications in communication/ media administration / Digital Marketing Certification
• Must have relevant training or qualification in social media marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of all the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people from all walks of life.
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality both in relation to the office and personal environment of the Operations Manager.
• The ability to work with various digital marketing platforms.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and always remain professional and personable.
• Ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Creates and manages result driven digital marketing and social media campaigns through various media channels.
• Use innovative techniques to optimize exposure and to ensure maximum visibility and sales/bookings to potential customer.
• Targets audiences via demographic and metric research to customize and cater campaigns to specific and specialized audiences.
• Maintains and updates on a daily basis the back end of all websites and social media sites working with the Websites Development team.
• Ensure products are presented through all internet mediums, including but not limited to uploading specials, promotions, new content, blogging, photos, press releases.
• Revision of all websites, databases and social media sites on an “as needed” basis
• Identifies new internet and social media methods of marketing.
• Prepares reports utilizing standard and purpose developed methodologies to provide metrics and manage campaigns flow for various campaigns.
• Responsible for weekly reporting to management on analysis of SEOs such as Google AdWords and use of Google Analytics and other SEO analysis
• Manages CRM system and databases and assists in developing campaigns.
• Drafts and prepares email blasts for promotional activities/special events.
• Preparing presentations
• Developing visual concepts and designing advertisements that effectively communicate with target audiences.
• Creating marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, posters, billboards, or postcards to promote products or services.
• Designing, picturing, and implementing graphic design for projects within budget
• Designing logos, flyers, brochures, banners, websites, posters, and other marketing materials
