Responsibilities

  • Create and edit external communications, including alerts, articles, press releases, presentations, and web content.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all materials by adhering to the firm’s style and writing guidelines.
  • Edit and finalize directory and award submissions for the Cayman and London offices in collaboration with Heads of Practice.
  • Support the preparation of RFIs/RFPs as needed.
  • Proofread digital and print materials for grammar, spelling, formatting, and overall clarity.
  • Align all communications and content marketing efforts with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field with at least three years of professional experience.
  • Strong writing skills, capable of translating complex information into clear and engaging messaging.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in professional services or a high-demand industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital platforms like WordPress and social media tools.
  • Experience with Cision, Vuture, InterAction, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time management and judgment skills.
