Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations for residential construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise on-site subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to maintain workflow and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement timely solutions to avoid delays.
Maintain clear communication with project managers, suppliers, and stakeholders to align construction activities with project timelines.
Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in residential construction.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and contractors.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
