With a strong reputation for delivering world-class projects in the built environment, they are especially known for their work across luxury hospitality, boutique lifestyle, and experiential F&B sectors. As the firm continues to grow, they are now entering an exciting new phase of creative development, with landmark hospitality projects across the region. In line with this strategic expansion, they are seeking a visionary and design-driven Senior Creative Interior Designer to lead the next stage of concept innovation.

As such, they are looking for a Senior Creative Interior Designer to take full ownership of front-end concept design, storytelling, and creative leadership across high-end hospitality projects. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for leading design direction, engaging with top-tier clients and hotel brands, and ensuring that all conceptual work is grounded in narrative, cultural relevance, and high design. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver spatial experiences that are bold, immersive, and brand-aligned.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping design narratives, guiding junior team members, and setting the tone for creative excellence across projects. A key part of the role will involve leading design presentations, preparing mood boards and material palettes, and ensuring that concept designs transition effectively into schematic development. With a strong focus on originality and storytelling, you will also contribute to pitches and business development initiatives for regional and global projects.

The successful candidate will be a conceptual thinker with a standout portfolio in luxury hospitality interiors. You will have deep hospitality design experience, ideally including work with international hotel brands and exposure to projects across the Middle East. A confident communicator and team mentor, you will bring strong visual presentation skills, creative leadership, and a deep understanding of hospitality trends, materials, and FF&E design.

You must be willing to relocate to Kuwait and commit to a minimum 2-year term. A passion for design innovation, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to lead with vision and clarity are essential. You will be expected to inspire confidence, uphold creative standards, and play a central role in delivering landmark hospitality environments.
