As such, they are looking for a design-led and commercially aware Design Manager to play a key role in design leadership and studio operations. Working closely with the Studio Leader, you will support the overall creative direction of the office while taking responsibility for the operational management of design teams. You will lead the design and delivery of large, complex luxury hospitality projects or manage a portfolio of smaller schemes, acting as a primary client interface and ensuring design excellence is maintained throughout all project stages.

In this high-impact role, you will guide teams from concept through to detailed design and site delivery, providing strong conceptual direction, mentoring designers, and ensuring programmes, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed. You will be highly comfortable in client-facing environments, presenting design concepts, leading workshops, and contributing to work-winning activities, proposals, and interviews.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline, with a proven track record delivering high-profile luxury hospitality projects within the region or internationally. You will demonstrate strong design leadership, the ability to manage and inspire teams, and a consistent history of producing high-quality design outcomes. Experience working directly with clients, hotel operators, and consultants, as well as contributing to business development activities, will be essential.
