Our client is a leading name in Luxury Hospitality Interior Design, with an enviable track record delivering some of the world’s most iconic hotel, resort, and branded hospitality projects. With a strong reputation for design excellence and successful project delivery across international markets, they continue to be a trusted partner to major hospitality brands and developers.

As such, they are looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused Design Project Manager to take ownership of the management and coordination of interior design projects from concept through to completion. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing design teams through all stages of the design process, ensuring programmes, deliverables, and quality standards are met, while acting as a central point of coordination between internal Design Directors, consultants, and client stakeholders.

You will play a pivotal role in driving project timelines, managing resources, monitoring budgets, and mitigating risks, ensuring that design intent is successfully translated into delivered outcomes. Working closely with senior designers and clients, you will support design decision-making, manage approvals, and facilitate clear communication across all parties throughout the full project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or another related discipline, with a proven track record managing luxury hospitality projects within the Asia and Middle East region. You will have experience working with leading hospitality brands, strong knowledge of the interior design process, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates from architectural practices or project management consultancies with strong hospitality exposure will be well-suited to this role.

Strong organisational skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to balance design quality with programme and commercial requirements are essential. You will be confident in client-facing environments and comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently.
