Our client is a well-established engineering, controls and technology solutions provider supporting major infrastructure and rail projects across Singapore. Renowned for their strong safety culture, technical capability and delivery excellence, they play a critical role in complex MRT and transport-related projects. With an expanding portfolio of live and upcoming MRT works, they are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Project Co-ordinator to support the next phase of project delivery.

As such, they are looking for an Engineering Project Co-ordinator – MRT Projects to take ownership of day-to-day project coordination, documentation and stakeholder communication. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Technicians and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in line with contractual, safety and quality requirements.

You will play a pivotal role in coordinating project activities, tracking progress against schedules and milestones, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders. As a key interface between multiple parties, you will help resolve day-to-day project issues, support contract administration, and ensure a smooth flow of information across MRT project teams.

A core part of the role will involve maintaining comprehensive project documentation, preparing progress and monthly reports, coordinating meetings and workshops, and supporting variation, extension of time and cash flow processes. You will also assist with resource coordination, subcontractor and supplier management, and support budget tracking and cost control activities.

Working within a safety-first MRT environment, you will actively promote compliance with HSEQ standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing project culture. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements and digitalisation efforts to drive more efficient project outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have several years’ experience in a Project Co-ordinator or similar role within engineering, infrastructure, rail or MRT projects. A qualification in Engineering or Project Management is desirable, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, interpreting contract documentation, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams will be highly valued. You will be well-organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
