Our client is a leading master-planned tourism and entertainment developer in Oman, creating world-class, integrated destinations that bring together hospitality, retail, leisure, residential, and cultural experiences. As they enter a key phase of growth and activation, they are seeking a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to shape and elevate the overall experience vision across their portfolio.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior leader with a background in large-scale theme parks, resort attractions, or immersive entertainment destinations.

As Chief Experience Officer, you will define and lead a cohesive experience strategy that brings the brand to life across every touchpoint, from concept through to live operations. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will translate ambitious master plans into engaging, commercially successful destinations that resonate with visitors, residents, and partners.

You will work across design, development, and operations to ensure experiences are seamless, distinctive, and aligned with the overall vision. Alongside this, you will drive innovation through the use of data, digital tools, and global best practices, while building strong partnerships that enhance the wider ecosystem.

The role also oversees service quality and performance across hospitality, retail, and entertainment assets, ensuring consistently high standards and a strong customer-focused culture.

Beyond delivery, you will play a key role in shaping vibrant, community-led destinations through programming, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement, acting as a visible ambassador for the brand.

To be considered, you will have 20+ years of experience across customer experience, operations, or brand leadership, including at least 10 years within theme parks, water parks, or large-scale entertainment environments. You will have a strong track record of launching and operating complex destinations and experience taking projects from concept through to opening.

You will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how to create memorable, high-performing experiences.
