As such, they are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Project Director to lead the delivery of a flagship 30MW greenfield data centre project in Singapore. Taking full ownership of the project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion and handover, you will act as the key client interface, driving programme, cost, quality, and stakeholder management across all project phases to ensure successful delivery within a highly technical and fast-paced environment.

Reporting into senior regional leadership, this role will oversee multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across all project functions. You will play a critical role in managing project governance, mitigating commercial and delivery risks, and ensuring that all milestones are achieved in line with programme objectives and operational requirements.

A key focus of the role will be leading large-scale project teams across design, construction, and commissioning phases while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. You will be expected to provide strong leadership across both internal and external stakeholder groups, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record delivering major mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure developments, ideally within the data centre sector. Candidates with experience across hyperscale, colocation, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, or other highly technical environments will also be considered. Strong client-facing capabilities, commercial awareness, and experience managing complex greenfield developments within consultancy or client-side environments will be essential.

You will be a highly credible and confident project leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively within demanding delivery environments. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing large contractor packages, and navigating technically complex projects from inception through completion will be critical to success in this role.
