Our client is a leading international Project Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex, large-scale mission-critical developments across Asia-Pacific and globally. With continued expansion in the data centre sector and a growing pipeline of hyperscale and colocation projects, they are now seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to support the delivery of a flagship 30MW greenfield data centre project in Singapore.

As such, the successful candidate will take ownership of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) project management activities across the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through to construction, testing, and final handover. Working within a highly technical and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical CSA packages to the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational performance.

Reporting into senior project leadership, this role will involve close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors to ensure all CSA works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme objectives. You will be responsible for driving project progress, managing technical coordination, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring compliance with all project specifications, design requirements, and regulatory standards.

A key focus of the role will be overseeing large-scale structural and architectural works within a mission-critical construction environment, ensuring effective coordination between CSA and MEP disciplines throughout all phases of delivery. You will also support project reporting, construction sequencing, QA/QC processes, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project execution.

The successful candidate will possess a strong track record delivering CSA packages within large-scale data centre, mission-critical, or highly technical construction projects. Candidates with experience across hyperscale, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, or other complex infrastructure environments will also be highly regarded. Previous experience working within a Project Management Consultancy environment will be advantageous.

You will be a technically strong and commercially aware project professional with excellent coordination and stakeholder management capabilities. The ability to manage multiple contractors, drive programme delivery, and maintain exceptional attention to detail within demanding project environments will be essential for success in this role.
