Our client is a leading architectural design practice specialising in commercial building projects, delivering high-quality developments for local and international clients. With a growing studio presence in Manila and an expanding pipeline of commercial architecture projects across the region, they are now entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking to strengthen their in-house visualisation team.

As such, they are seeking talented 3D Renderers to support the architectural design team in producing high-quality visual content for commercial building projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating realistic and compelling 3D renderings that bring architectural concepts to life and support both client presentations and design development.

You will play a key role in collaborating closely with architects and designers, translating architectural drawings, massing studies, façade concepts, and material palettes into clear and engaging visualisations. Your work will help communicate design intent, scale, and context effectively, enhancing client understanding and supporting decision-making throughout the design process. You will be involved across multiple projects, managing deadlines while maintaining a consistently high level of visual quality.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a 3D Renderer within an architectural or commercial building design environment. You will have strong technical skills in industry-standard 3D modelling and rendering software, with demonstrated proficiency in 3ds Max (Studio Max). A solid understanding of architectural form, materials, lighting, and environmental context is essential. Experience working on commercial buildings such as corporate head offices, mixed-use developments, or corporate campuses will be highly advantageous.

You will be detail-oriented, well-organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment. A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and the ability to adapt to evolving design requirements are essential to success in this role.
