Responsibilities

  • Input beneficial ownership (BO) data into Viewpoint (VP) and manage monthly filings.
  • Monitor and address Data Guardian alerts and liaise with Corporate Administrators and lawyers to ensure accurate data.
  • Develop and implement streamlined BO workflows and transition data input processes to Corporate Administrators.
  • Create processes to notify Corporate Administrators of trigger events and establish Data Guardian alerts for BO compliance.
  • Ensure timely payment of annual regulatory fees and resolve discrepancies between VP and regulator records.
  • Build reporting mechanisms for fee tracking and implement alerts for fee discrepancies.
  • Develop and update manuals and training materials for payment and internal processes.
  • Conduct training sessions and maintain records of attendance, collaborating with HR to identify team training needs.
  • Assist with aged debt collection and oversee collection efforts by Corporate Administrators.
  • Identify and implement business-appropriate alerts and provide ongoing support to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Must be Caymanian or have the right to work in the Cayman Islands without a work permit.
  • Proven experience in corporate administration and a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP or CGI).
  • Knowledge of software such as Document Management Systems and Viewpoint is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
  • Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Highly accurate with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
