They are seeking an Associate Design Director – Architecture to join the team and help shape the next chapter of ambitious, design-led growth. You are a designer at heart, but with the strategic mindset of a leader. You’ve led the evolution of ideas into built realities—whether that’s a landmark commercial development, a luxury residence, a healthcare facility, or a mixed-use complex. You collaborate instinctively across disciplines, work confidently with clients, and mentor your teams with energy and purpose. Your approach is hands-on, yet holistic; grounded in both creativity and precision.

In this role, you’ll lead projects from early concept through to delivery. Working closely with the Architecture Design Director, you’ll guide cross-functional teams, ensure technical and design integrity, and uphold the firm’s high standards for innovation, sustainability, and client satisfaction. You’ll also bring a forward-looking mindset—embracing new tools and technologies, including AI, to elevate design thinking and execution.
