As Associate Director, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering transformative landscapes that blend innovation with cultural and environmental relevance. You’ll lead diverse project teams across the Middle East, navigating complex briefs and creating outdoor spaces that enhance the human experience—whether it’s a vibrant urban plaza, a luxury resort, or a climate-conscious public realm.

This role isn’t about hierarchy—it’s about ownership. You’ll take charge of design leadership, client engagement, project delivery, and mentoring the next generation of landscape talent. From strategic planning and design reviews to stakeholder management and site implementation, you’ll shape projects from concept to completion. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with directors, engineers, architects, and planners, ensuring every design decision meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and feasibility.

Beyond projects, you’ll help grow the business—bringing your voice to proposals, bids, and regional industry events. You’ll have the autonomy to influence how things are done, from team structure to process improvement, contributing to a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and design excellence.
